Colerain senior Abbey McNally is a two-sport star in basketball and volleyball.

Abbey, a forward, is a two-time team captain and a four-year varsity starter in basketball. An AAU All-American, she is the school's all-time leader in scoring (1,300+ points) and rebounding. She averaged a double-double last season, averaging 16.7 points (second in the GMC) and 10.4 rebounds (led the GMC) for the Cardinals. She also shot 53.2% from the field (third in the GMC) and averaged 3.7 assists per game (second in the GMC). She was named first team all-GMC for the second time, and was named GMC Defensive Player of the Year. She was honorable mention all-city and second team all-SWO District.

Abbey scored in double figures 17 times last season. Big scoring games included scoring 28 points vs. Middletown, 26 points vs. Hamilton and 24 points vs. both Fairfield and Lakota West. She has had a strong season this year, too, averaging 19.3 points per game (2nd in the GMC) and 14.5 rebounds per game (leads the GMC).

She put up big numbers this season in double-double games vs. Hamilton (29 points-14 rebounds), Fairfield (28 points-12 rebounds), Lakota East (27 points-20 rebounds), Harrison (25 points-17 rebounds), Northwest (24 points-16 rebounds), Middletown (22 points-18 rebounds), Sycamore (21 points-16 rebounds), Oak Hills (19 points-13 rebounds), and Lakota East (19 points-14 rebounds). She has scored double-doubles in all but three games this season, and will play basketball collegiately at Marian University in Indianapolis.

Abbey is also a standout in volleyball as a middle hitter. A three-time team captain, Abbey twice has been named first team all-GMC and holds the school record for kills in a season. Her senior year, she had 292 kills (third in the GMC) 73 blocks (led the GMC) and 39 aces. She also had 61 digs and was named first team all-GMC and honorable mention all-city.

Also an academic star with a 4.0 GPA, Abbey is active in community service. Her favorite athlete is Larry Bird, favorite entertainer is Luke Combs, favorite book is the Narnia series, favorite movies are The Parent Trap and Cinderella, and most-like-to-meet are Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Justin Bieber.
