MVP ACCOMPLISHMENTS: This senior outside hitter, a starter since her sophomore year, recorded an impressive 33 kills in an upset victory over #1 ranked Mt. Notre Dame. Missy helped the Bobcats last year to a 24-5 record, the district and regional titles and a state runner-up finish. She recorded 404 kills, 300 digs and 34 service aces, and earned numerous honors, including 1st team all-GGCL, 1st team all-city, 1st team all-SWO district and 2nd team all-Ohio. She is the school record-holder in most kills in a game, and most kills in a season. Missy also led her summer club team, Team Z, to the national championship of the volleyball Junior Olympics, and was named MVP of the tournament. Active in community service, Missy is also an academic honor roll student. Her favorite athlete is Chad Johnson, her favorite entertainer is Dane Cook and favorite movie is Wedding Crashers. Missy will play volleyball next season at the University of Cincinnati.
