ACCOMPLISHMENTS: This senior team captain is a 4-year varsity starter for the Cardinals and is a member of the career 1,000-point club. She started strong this season with 21 points vs. Princeton and 17 points vs. Sycamore. Last season she averaged 16 points, 5 rebounds per game and was one of the GMC’s top scorers. Ashley has earned numerous honors, including twice named 1st team all-city (Enquirer), 2nd team all-SWO district and honorable mention all-state. She was also recognized as a Greater Cincinnati All-Star by ESPN.com. An outstanding academic achiever, Ashley is an Anthony Munoz Foundation Straight A Student and also a member of the Student Senate. She is active in community service and is interested in art and music (she plays piano). Her favorite athlete is Dirk Nowitzki, favorite entertainer is Will Ferrell, favorite book is Beowulf, favorite movies are Love and Basketball and Rudy, and most-like-to-meet is Tyler Hansbrough. She will play next year at Xavier University.
