A four-year varsity runner and holder of seven school records, senior Mason Moore is the reigning Div. III Ohio state track champion in the 1600, which he won last year in 4:16.27. In doing so, he became only the 2nd Silver Knight in school history to win an individual Ohio state title in track & field.

In 2013, Mason won regional championships in the 3200 and 4x800 relay and in 2014 he won regional titles in the 1600 run and 4x800 relay. Three times Mason has been named Conference Runner of the Year and he was the Enquirer's Div. III Track Runner of the Year last season.

In cross country, Mason helped the team this past season to an Ohio state runner-up finish and was named the Enquirer's Div. III Cross Country Runner of the Year and 1st team all-Ohio.

Active in community service, Mason will continue his running next year at Loyola University-Chicago. His favorite athlete is Evan Jaeger and his most-like-to-meet is Jim Carrey.
