A three-year varsity starter, senior blocker Dani Szczepanski is aiming to help Mt. Notre Dame capture its 3rd straight Ohio state volleyball title this season. She entered this season with 452 kills, 160.5 blocks and 73 digs in her varsity career.

Dani has been a big part of the Cougars' back-to-back Ohio state championships, last season going 27-2 and an undefeated 10-0 in the GGCL. She had a big 17 kills in the Ohio state title game win vs. Massillon Jackson

In total last season, Dani recorded 249 Kills, 79 Blocks, 61 Digs, 22 Aces while being named first team GGCL, 1st team all-state and 2nd team all-city and all-SWO District.

A National Honor Society student who is active in community service, Dani has committed to play at the University of Tennesse-Chattanooga next season. Her favorite athlete is Brandon Phillips, favorite entertainer is Sandra Bullock, favorite book is Paper Towns, favorite movie is Remember the Titans and most like to meet is Shawn Mendes.
