One of Northern Kentucky's successful runners is Bishop Brossart senior Amy Klocke, who is part of a tradition-rich Mustang running program that has won eight Kentucky state team titles in track and three state team titles in cross country.

Luke is coming off a good junior campaign when he hit .360 with five doubles and three triples. He led the league in RBI with 34, plus scored 20 runs and had five stolen bases. For his accomplishments, Luke was named GCL South Player of the Year, Cincinnati Div. I Co-Player of the Year, SWO District Co-Player of the Year, first team all-city and honorable mention all-Ohio.

Amy recently won the regional championship in the 3200 run, helping her team win a third straight Class 1A regional title.

Additionally, Amy is a great competitor in cross country. In 2019, she won the regional championship in cross country in 20:20 and she was regional runner-up in 2022 (20:55). She was Kentucky state runner-up in 2020 (20:05), finishing third in 2022 (19:36). That year she was named first-team all-region for the fourth straight year.

An honor student who is active in community service, Amy will be attending the University of Kentucky next year. Her favorite athlete is Joe Burrow, favorite entertainer and most-like-to-meet is Taylor Swift, favorite book is Where the Crawdads Sing and favorite movie is Forrest Gump
