MVP ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Arrez, voted by Northern
Kentucky coaches as this year's Div. I MVP on both offense and defense, is a
McDonalds All-American nominee who had many big games, such as 35 points vs.
Harrison County, 30 vs. Covington Catholic, 29 vs. Newport, and 28 vs. Simon
Kenton, leading his team to the 9th Region title. He has scored more than
1,000 points in his great career. As a junior, Arrez averaged 13.6 ppg.-6 rpg.
and won numerous honors, including 1st team all-NKY, NKAC Div. I all-star, MVP
of the 9th Region tournament and named to the Kentucky Sweet 16 all-tournament
team. A good student, he is active in community service with the Feed The Poor
program. He will play basketball at the next level, but has not yet selected a
college. His favorite athlete is Michael Jordan, favorite entertainer is
Martin Lawrence and his most-like-to-meet is LeBron James.
