A three-year varsity starter at goalkeeper, senior soccer all-star Mimi Stine once again is helping lead the Lady Knights this season, as the team finished MVC conference play with a perfect 7-0 record and won the MVC title for the sixth time in the last eight years. A memorable moment occurred in 2015, her sophomore year, when the top-ranked Lady Knights went undefeated (24-0, 7-0 MVC) en route to a Division III Ohio state soccer title.

Entering her senior season, Mimi has locked down the net with 235 career shutouts and 185 saves. Last season as a junior, she had nine shutouts and 88 saves for the 13-5-2 team. Along with her teammates, Mimi set a school record with a stretch of games that saw eight consecutive shutouts. This season thus far she has 55 saves and six shutouts.

Mimi earned many honors, including last season being named 1st team all-MVC, 1st team all-city (Enquirer) and 2nd team all-Ohio Div. III.

In the past, she has played for the Cincinnati United Premier club team and this year will play for the Cincinnati Development Academy

A huge accomplishment occurred last summer -- At the U.S. Youth Soccer Association national tournament, the Cincinnati United Premier Gold U17 girls' team won the national championship in Frisco, Texas, after beating Midwest United FC of Michigan in penalty kicks. She was named as a Golden Glove award winner at the tournament.

Mimi also played one year of basketball, her freshman year, for SCD.

A great academic student who is active in community service, Mimi will play soccer collegiately at the University of Dayton.

Her favorite athlete is Hope Solo, favorite entertainer is Bruno Mars, favorite movie is The Fault In Our Stars and most-like-to-meet is Cristiano Ronaldo and his family.
