It was the school's tenth volleyball state title, and the team was ranked as the #1 volleyball team in the nation by MaxPreps. Carly's 20 kills in the state final victory over Parma Padua Franciscan led both teams.

Over all last season, Carly notched 530 kills (leading the GGCL for the second year in a row), 134 digs and 35 service aces. She has 1,100+ kills in her great career.

Carly's performances have been recognized with numerous honors. Last season, she was named Cincinnati Co-Player of the Year (Enquirer), first team all GGCL for the second time, first team all-district for the second time and first team all-Ohio for the second time. She was the only non-senior named first team all-Ohio. She was also named as a MaxPreps' first team All-American.

Active in community service and a super student with a 4.3 GPA, Carly also plays for the Elevation Volleyball Club team and will play volleyball collegiately at the University of Florida.
